Stock & Liquidation Goods Terms

1. Scope

These Stock & Liquidation Goods Terms apply to all products identified as stock, liquidation, or Amazon FBA liquidation goods on rivero.shop. They supplement our Terms of Service. By purchasing such goods you accept these conditions.

2. Nature of Goods

Products are sourced from stock inventories and Amazon FBA liquidation channels. They may be customer returns, overstock, shelf pulls, warehouse clearance, or mixed liquidation pallets. Condition varies item to item.

3. AS-IS Sale

All stock and liquidation goods are sold strictly AS-IS and WHERE-IS. We describe goods to the best of our ability using available manifests and inspection, but we do not guarantee completeness, accuracy of listing details, or suitability for any particular purpose.

4. Mixed Conditions

Individual units within a lot or category may differ in condition (new, open-box, used, damaged packaging, missing accessories, cosmetic defects). Photos are representative; the item you receive may differ in minor respects. Quantities and assortments in liquidation lots are not guaranteed.

5. No Manufacturer Warranty

Manufacturer, distributor, and extended warranties do not apply unless explicitly stated for a specific item and valid documentation is included. Any remaining warranty is between you and the manufacturer at your own risk; we do not facilitate warranty claims.

6. Final Sale

All sales of stock and liquidation goods are final. Prices reflect the discounted nature and condition of the goods.

7. No Returns or Exchanges

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are not accepted for stock/liquidation goods except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise (e.g. non-conformity under statutory warranty for Consumers). Change-of-mind returns are excluded.

8. Buyer Inspection Responsibility

You are responsible for evaluating product descriptions, condition notes, and photos before purchase. Upon receipt, inspect goods promptly. Report apparent non-conformity or transit damage within 48 hours to support@rivero.shop with order number and evidence; this does not reinstate a general return right but allows us to address shipping damage or manifest errors where applicable.

9. Checkout Acknowledgment Required

Before completing purchase of stock/liquidation goods you must actively confirm that you have read and accept these Stock Terms, including: AS-IS condition, no manufacturer warranty, final sale, no returns/exchanges, and limited withdrawal rights. This acknowledgment is recorded with your order and may affect statutory withdrawal rights as disclosed in our Terms of Service.

10. B2B vs Consumer

Business customers (B2B): These terms apply in full; statutory consumer protections and withdrawal rights generally do not apply.

Consumers: Mandatory rights under Polish and EU consumer law regarding conformity of goods (legal warranty) remain unaffected. Withdrawal and return exclusions apply only to the extent permitted by law and after explicit checkout acknowledgment.
